The Media Team
Recently joining The Media Team is a Denver-based HVAC distributor. They challenged us to come up with a budget structure for their media plan that was funded 50% by the distributor and 50% by the group of dealers selling the distributors products directly to consumers. We developed a unique approach and a complicated coding system to make sure each dealer receives a fair percentage of leads based on their media contribution level.
The overall program has been so successful, the dealers have continued to increase their contributions - doubling them year-over-year. In addition, we have recently launched similar programs in Cleveland and Phoenix. Six more markets are planned to launch in 2008.
