• We review current media plans and schedules on market-by-market basis that were either placed by the client directly or by a previous agency.
• We check that schedules are a good “value” for the dollar. We confirm the client has not overpaid based on current market conditions and time of year. Promotions need to deliver the same or greater value versus the actual investment negotiated by the client.
• We look for inconsistencies in media placement versus overall strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
