Hollywood, FL- Colorado Agency, The Media Team, Wins Local Agency Of The Year Award At Arby's Worldwide Franchise Convention.
On Wednesday, October 6, 2004, it was announced that The Media Team, a company specializing in media planning, placement and execution with offices in Denver and Dallas, took the top honor of Local Agency of the Year at the national meeting of over 1,300 Arby's® franchisees. The award was presented to Eileen Weinert, president of The Media Team by President and Chief Marketing Officer of AFA Service Corporation, Arby's, LLC's marketing arm, Debbie Pike.
“The competition was fierce,” said Weinert, “there were many local Arby's agencies competing, including national agencies who handle up to 20 different franchisee co-op groups. We won for our work in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston markets.” Robyn Mull, Group Director of AFA Service Corporation's Field Marketing, indicated The Media Team's ability to provide multiple added-value opportunities for their markets and the Agency's strong support of Arby's Charity Tour®, a series of golf tournaments benefiting Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, put them over the top.
